Karen Holliday is a highly experienced professional with more than 30 years of experience working in operations. Currently, she serves as the President of NYAK Consulting. Karen has held senior-level positions in renowned companies such as Fiserv, Discover Card, Harte-Hanks, SourceLink, and Toppan Merrill, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational abilities.
Before joining NYAK Consulting, Karen worked as the COO of Domestic Platform at Innovairre Communications, a leader in the fundraising industry. Her outstanding contribution and impact in the field were recognized when she was honored with the prestigious Top 100 COO Icon award in 2023 and 2024 by ONCon, solidifying her reputation as one of the best in the industry.
In addition to her professional achievements, Karen is passionate about giving back to the community. She is actively involved as a Program Advisor for Women in Leadership at Valparaiso University and serves as a mentor.
